The renowned Fête de la Tulipe will fill the Independence Gardens with color and creativity. This year’s theme, “Water,” resonates beautifully with the work of international visual artist Christy Lee Rogers, whose ethereal underwater photography captures the magic of light, movement, and fluidity.
